The Black Panther Next Door

Harang is a white-furred shapeshifting cat who has a weak body and makes her physically unable to defend herself against the bullies in the orphanage where she grew up. She somehow makes a living working for the postal department but is back to being an outcast in the workplace regarding the malicious gossip her boss has spread about her due to her refusal to comply with his unreasonable requests. By coincidence, she learns that she is a wizard. Carl Riverson, an agent in a special forces unit for shapeshifters, has come to Terberat on leave. On his first day here, he has another meeting with Harang, the shapeshifter who has influenced him since childhood. Determined not to let Harang slip through his fingers again, he plans to pursue her actively.
