Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice

Qtoon Me (qtoon.me) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, artists, and publishers, and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and international copyright regulations.

1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content hosted or indexed on Qtoon Me infringes upon your copyright, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following elements:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) on Qtoon Me where the material is located.
• Contact information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and an active email address.
• A statement of good faith belief: “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Expedited Takedown Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification under the DMCA, Qtoon Me will expeditiously take down or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 business hours. We will notify the publisher or uploader regarding the removal.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Qtoon Me maintains a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.
